shock collars

everybody thinks shock collars are abuse i say they can be if you just shock your dogs a million times a day. but there's one brand that has a vibrator that works its a warning it doesn't hurt the dog at all the brand is dogtra its a great brand it helps my dog not run off. and my puppy not to run goats it is affective. go dogtra!!!!
